Our policy on cancellations and refunds for donations, courses, and events.
Donations made to ISKCON Guntur are voluntary contributions towards our religious, charitable, and welfare activities and are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, such as a duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will review the request.
Fees paid for the Gita Education course or other paid programs may be cancelled and refunded if the request is made at least 7 days before the course start date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date, or after the course has commenced, are not eligible for a refund, except where the course is cancelled or rescheduled by ISKCON Guntur.
For paid events or programs booked through this website, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 days prior to the event date to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period or for no-shows.
In the event that we cancel or reschedule a course, event, or program, registered participants will be notified and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future date.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
